Of course, the Harnack house is directly reachable by public transport also from many other parts of Berlin.

PCR Tests:
If a recent PCR test is needed for your return flight, there are a couple of test stations in Berlin which are easily reachable by public transport. An appointment for the test should be booked in advance, see, e.g., here.
