In my talk I discuss physics-informed renormalisation group flows [1], which consist of general, scale-dependent coordinate transformations in field space and an associated target action in terms of this novel field. The pair of the target action and field transformation complement the standard formulation of the Wetterich renormalisation group (RG) flows in terms of the effective action and shows great potential both for conceptual as well as computational applications. I will map out some selected applications such as the quantitative description of instanton-dominated tunnelling processes in the anharmonic oscillator [2] or recipes for the construction of gauge-invariant RG flows [3].
